LORAL MORRISON

Loral's passion is to see people living to their best and making the most of the lives they have been blessed with.
Our view of wellness is that we should have an equal approach to the health of our nutritional intake, activity levels and mental wellbeing. With years of study in fitness, physiology, psychology and nutrition (Netfit / Crossfit Level 1 / Aerobic Capacity / Waikato University / Cornell University), we believe we have the tools to enable you to fine-tune your lifestyle in order to achieve the best version of you.
ATHLETE TRAINING

With years of study across the fields of nutrition, psychology and physiology, Loral has been able to combine and apply what she has learnt to a number of clients with specific goals. None more challenging than her ever difficult husband who, for a number of years, competed in endurance trail running. The combination of physical exertion, mental fatigue and duration of events was an ideal trialing ground for new methods of managing the body through a myriad of challenges.
Although Dave resisted changes that pushed his comfort levels, the techniques that were put in place for both his training and on race day allowed for him to blow away what he had previously considered his personal limitations.

Married with 3 growing kids, the art of juggling family routine, work and trying to maintain personal fitness is not an unfamiliar struggle. With the whole family thriving on a plant-based diet, Loral has developed a wealth of meal solutions that help provide correct nutrition while trying to squeeze food prep in to the small allotments of time that a busy mum is able to carve out.
On top of all that, continual education is a passion. Whether it's lifting technique, discovery of new spices or developing healthier psychological approaches to life, the pursuit of knowledge is constant.
