Goz what now? Gozleme… it’s a Turkish version of a turnover really.. .and I believe it’s sold as street food… the Turkish women prepare it and cook it on a large round disc and fire… see how I’m sounding like I’ve eaten this on the streets of Turkey, rather than just randomly stumbling across it on a search through some food blog website?
So, of course there must be more delicious ways I can enjoy overnight oats…. What are other great pairings of food? Chocolate peanut butter, mint and chocolate….. maple and walnut… sounds good!
Although I love being a kiwi and am proud of our wee country, there are times that it frustrates me being so isolated and small, mainly only really when it comes to our lack of easily obtainable “good” food. Lately we’ve been seeing the likes of Nosh and Farro opening in town and it’s like heaven to me...

Just like from a café but enjoyed in your PJS whilst cuddled up on your own couch in silence reading a book.... Bliss.
Notice my breakfast muffin doesn't have the evil letters m and c before it. It's not a breakfast muffin as mcdonalds would have you think of it... it's not even an English muffin.. it's a good old fashioned muffin like your mum would make.
These were great as a Saturday morning treat for the kids to eat whilst watching Batman.. a Saturday morning must in our house
