
Ok, so I've said before that I'm not a fan of meat at breakfast, in fact I'm not a big meat eater any time fo the day, but I understand that there's plenty of breakfast carnivores out there so I have tried to incorporate some dead animals in my breakfasts for ya (hehe... don't ya want to eat it now?!).
In saying that, this could easily be made without the bacon as well... as I would normally do. As I've said about many other recipes.. you can change it up as you wish (but be smart... don't destroy the premise)
This is a pretty big brekky so you don't wanna eat this and go and sit in a conference for the day.. my tortilla alone was 200 calories, so make sure you take in to account what you're up to for the day.
So without further ado, I present you with... the Breakfast Burrito
1 good quality wrap (wholegrain is preferred)
1-2 small pieces of bacon
1 egg
1-2 egg white(s)
tbsp. of Philidelphia extra light cream cheese
salsa
chopped tomato (I was all out ☹)
baby spinach leaves
Trim your bacon (see here for how to be strong on this) and fry it in a small pan.
With a stick blender beat egg, egg white and cream cheese. Pour into hot pan (once bacon is cooked and removed). Scramble.

Spread wrap with salsa and top with spinach leaves and tomato and any other salad you like.

Place egg and bacon down the middle and wrap up.
Sooo much better than that BK rubbish!
