About us

inSynergy Wellness is a private strength and performance coaching studio based in Whatawhata, New Zealand, led by Loral Morrison.

Using this website

This website and its content — including text, images, and branding — belong to inSynergy Wellness and may not be copied or reused without permission. Information on this site (including coaching philosophy and general wellness content) is provided for general interest only and doesn't constitute personalised medical, health, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional regarding your own health circumstances before beginning any new physical activity, including sauna use.

Coaching enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form doesn't guarantee a booking or acceptance as a client — it simply starts a conversation. Coaching arrangements are confirmed separately and directly with Loral.

Sauna bookings

Booking the sauna through this website is subject to our separate, detailed Sauna Booking Terms & Conditions, shown to you and requiring your agreement at the time of booking — covering scheduling, payment, cancellation, and refund policies specifically. Those terms take precedence over this general page for anything related to sauna bookings.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Bank transfer payments are handled according to the instructions provided at checkout.

Limitation of liability

While we take care to keep this website and booking system accurate and functioning correctly, we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, inSynergy Wellness isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
